Young Authors Book Writing Contest 2010-2011

Get your kids writing this summer!

Who? Children grades K-8 are eligible.

What? Write a storybook (English or Spanish) - original, handwritten and appropriate for a young child 4-8. Maximum 20 pages.

When? Before November 4, 2010

Why? Writing is fun! And winners receive prizes and recognition in our January 2011 issue. Grand prize winner will have his or her book published by Warren Publishing.

How? Fill out an entry form and include contact information with book submission.

Books should be post-marked by November 4, 2010.

Book Return Policy

Books may be picked up on the date of the reception. Anyone picking up more than four (4) books must submit a list in advance of the event and books will be pre-pulled to avoid delays. All books not picked up at the reception become the property of Charlotte Parent magazine. Due to the quantity of books received, we cannot mail or deliver any books.
